Cookie Policy
Effective date: 16 May 2026
Fraetech Private Limited, India
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to the website operator. Cookies cannot execute code or carry viruses.
2. How we use cookies
veloora.ai uses only strictly necessary cookies. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, remarketing cookies, or third-party analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics).
The only cookies set on this website come from Cloudflare Turnstile, the bot-detection widget embedded in our enquiry forms. These cookies are:
- Strictly necessary — required for the security verification that prevents automated spam and abuse on our forms.
- Functional, not tracking — Turnstile does not build a behavioural profile or track you across the web. It performs a privacy-preserving challenge to distinguish humans from bots.
- Session-scoped or short-lived — Turnstile cookies expire within the browser session or within a short period set by Cloudflare.
Because these cookies are strictly necessary for the security function of our forms, we are not required to obtain prior consent before setting them. They cannot be disabled without disabling form submission entirely.
3. Third-party services
The Cloudflare Turnstile widget is operated by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare's privacy practices are governed by the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Cloudflare processes challenge data on our behalf and does not share your personal data with Frae beyond what is necessary to return a challenge result.
We also use Google Fonts to load typefaces on this website. When your browser requests a font file, your IP address is sent to Google's servers. We have configured font requests to avoid unnecessary logging where possible. For details, see the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Local storage
In addition to cookies, we use browser localStorage to remember whether you have dismissed the announcement bar at the top of the page. This preference is stored only in your browser and is never sent to our servers.
5. Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of this website, particularly the security verification on our enquiry forms.
Guidance on managing cookies is available from your browser's help documentation or from resources such as allaboutcookies.org.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy if our use of cookies changes. The effective date above will be updated when we make material changes.
