like an institution.

Saksham gives school leaders the decision intelligence, compliance infrastructure, and operational control that only India's top 50 schools have had — until now.

THE PROBLEM

The average Indian school, 2026.

Records in Tally and Excel

Student data, fee records, and staff information scattered across separate spreadsheets. Answering a simple question — "how many students are at risk of failing?" — takes an hour.

Fee collection via WhatsApp

Personal WhatsApp numbers, paper receipts, and Paytm transfers. No audit trail. No reconciliation. DPDP Act violations in every message.

UDISE+ filed manually

Annual UDISE+ submissions manually compiled from 4–5 sources — riddled with errors, filed at the last minute, every year.

Report cards from Word templates

One by one. One teacher. Three days. Every term. The same data entered in three different places.

No compliance framework

DPDP Act 2023 mandates consent logging and PII protection. Most schools have no system for this — and most don't know they're exposed.

No operational visibility

Principals cannot answer "how is my school doing today?" without calling three staff members and waiting for spreadsheets.

This is not an exception. This is the average Indian school today.

Founding School Rate Lock — Key Terms

  1. Rate determination: Your locked institutional rate is set at the plan tier applicable to students registered in Saksham on your Go-Live date. Tiers: Core (up to 500) · School (up to 1,000) · Senior (up to 2,000) · Premier (up to 3,500). The count at Go-Live — not at enquiry or signing — determines your tier.
  2. Tier transitions: If your registered student count subsequently grows beyond your Go-Live tier, you move to the next plan at that plan's current Founding-locked rate (today's pricing), not at any future general-market rate increase.
  3. Year 1 commitment: Annual commitment is required in Year 1 to qualify and maintain Founding School status. The Year 1 fee may be paid upfront or in 12 equal monthly instalments.
  4. Rate lock continuity: The locked rate remains valid as long as your subscription is active and in good standing. A lapse in payment of more than 60 days forfeits the Founding rate; upon reinstatement, the then-current general rate applies.
  5. Scope of lock: The rate lock covers the base Saksham subscription. Add-on modules introduced after your Go-Live date are priced at the general rate applicable at the time of addition.
  6. Cohort listing: Being named in Saksham's published Founding School cohort requires written authorisation from your institution's management. You may opt out of public listing at any time without affecting your rate lock.
  7. City tier: Rates shown are Tier B (all cities outside metros and state capitals). Tier A (metros and state capitals) rates apply where applicable and are confirmed at the time of your institutional quote.
  8. Resource & storage growth: Each plan includes managed cloud storage — dynamically allocated (Core 100 GB · School 250 GB · Senior 500 GB · Premier 1 TB). Storage expands automatically as your institution grows; Frae manages allocation. If resource consumption consistently exceeds the plan allocation and additional blocks are required beyond dynamic headroom, resource add-on charges will apply. Frae will provide written notice at least 60 days before any such charge takes effect, and any resource-component revision will not exceed 10% per annum. The Founding School rate lock applies to the base subscription only and does not cap resource add-on pricing.
  9. Optional add-on services: Services such as custom domain management, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp/SMS gateways, and additional cloud storage are optional, billed separately, and priced at the rate prevailing at the time of activation. These are not covered by the Founding School rate lock and may be revised with 30 days' written notice.
