Founding School Rate Lock — मुख्य शर्तें
- Rate का निर्धारण: आपकी locked institutional rate उस plan tier पर set होती है जो आपके Go-Live date पर Saksham में registered students की संख्या के अनुसार लागू होती है — enquiry या signing के समय नहीं। यदि आपकी registered संख्या Core tier (500 तक) में आती है, तो आपकी rate Core pricing पर lock होती है। School tier (1,000 तक) होने पर School pricing पर, Senior tier (2,000 तक) पर Senior pricing पर — और इसी तरह आगे।
- Tier transitions: यदि आपकी registered student संख्या Go-Live tier से आगे बढ़ती है, तो आप अगले plan में उस plan की current Founding-locked rate (आज की pricing) पर move करते हैं — किसी भी भविष्य की general-market rate increase पर नहीं।
- Year 1 commitment: Founding School status qualify करने और बनाए रखने के लिए Year 1 में annual commitment आवश्यक है। Year 1 fee upfront या 12 समान मासिक किश्तों में pay की जा सकती है।
- Rate lock continuity: Locked rate तब तक valid रहती है जब तक आपका subscription active और good standing में है। 60 दिनों से अधिक payment lapse होने पर Founding rate समाप्त हो जाती है; reinstatement पर तत्कालीन general rate लागू होगी।
- Lock का दायरा: Rate lock base Saksham subscription को cover करती है। आपके Go-Live date के बाद introduce किए गए add-on modules addition के समय applicable general rate पर priced होंगे।
- Cohort listing: Saksham के published Founding School cohort में नाम शामिल करने के लिए आपकी institution के management से written authorisation आवश्यक है। आप किसी भी समय public listing से opt out कर सकते हैं — इससे आपकी rate lock प्रभावित नहीं होगी।
- City tier: दिखाई गई rates Tier B (metros और state capitals के बाहर सभी शहर) के लिए हैं। Tier A (metros और state capitals) rates applicable होने पर आपके institutional quote के समय confirm की जाएंगी।
- Resource & storage growth: प्रत्येक plan में managed cloud storage dynamically allocated है (Core 100 GB · School 250 GB · Senior 500 GB · Premier 1 TB)। Storage आपकी institution के साथ automatically expand होती है; Frae allocation manage करता है। यदि resource consumption plan की dynamic headroom से लगातार अधिक हो और additional blocks की आवश्यकता हो, तो resource add-on charges लागू होंगे। Frae ऐसे किसी भी charge के effective होने से कम से कम 60 दिन पहले written notice देगा, और किसी भी resource component पर revision प्रति वर्ष 10% से अधिक नहीं होगी। Founding School rate lock केवल base subscription पर लागू होती है और resource add-on pricing को cap नहीं करती।
- Optional add-on services: Custom domain, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp/SMS gateway, और additional storage जैसी optional services अलग से billed होती हैं और activation के समय prevailing rate पर होती हैं। ये Founding School rate lock में शामिल नहीं हैं और 30 दिन के written notice के साथ revised हो सकती हैं।
